Mr. Sushil Kumar Dubey, Founder and Managing Partner of the firm, ‘Dubey Law Associates LLP’ is an Advocate, enrolled with Bar Council of Delhi and has been mainly practicing before Supreme Court of India since November, 2012. He possess about 12 years of litigation experience before Supreme Court of India. He is a Science Graduate and pursued Diploma in Computer Science from NIIT Ltd, PG Diploma in Finance from IGNOU and pursued various other courses from NCFM & NISM in Financial & Securities Market. He possesses quite experiences in Financial Market Research, Capital Market etc. He had pursued his LLB degree from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and has been practicing before Supreme Court of India and before various other Courts & Tribunals since November 2012. He possesses good knowledge & experience of Corporate & Commercial Law, Competition Law, Constitutional Law, Environment Law, Civil & Criminal Law, Labour & Employment Law, Arbitration, Family & Property Matters etc. He had become the Member Supreme Court Bar Association in August 2013 bearing SCBA Membership No. D/513 and had become the member of Delhi High Court Bar Association in December 2012 bearing the DHCBA Membership No. 10593/2012. He founded the ‘Dubey Law Associates LLP’ with his wife, who is a co-founder and since then administering the firm and practicing law before various Courts/Tribunals/Forums.
