We, at Dubey Law Associates LLP are inviting applications from motivated and committed legal professionals to join our team. We seek candidates with strong academic credentials, excellent research and drafting skills, and a demonstrated interest in litigation and advisory work.

Associates

Qualification: Possess LLB (3 Years) or B.A. L.L.B from reputed institution/University and must be enrolled with State Bar Council. Candidates with L.L.M. from the prestigious Institution/university, would carry weightage.

Experience: (0 – 2) Year. Freshers with exceptional skills and knowledge may also apply.

Salary: Stipend during 3 months induction period, followed by Salary. Other incentives would be disclosed later.

Job Requirements: The candidate who possess the following skills and experiences would be preferred ;
• Having a good experience in Arbitration, Constitutional Law, Corporate Law, Labour Law, IPR, Environment Law, Property Law, Criminal, Consumer and Civil litigation etc would carry appropriate weightage.
• possess good drafting and Legal Research skills.
• have ability to perform in team and whenever required, preform independently also without any compromise to the quality or quantity of assigned work.
• possess good time management skills and should be able to meet deadlines and finish assigned work within the prescribed time limit.
• Hard working, Willing to learn and adapt and should be committed towards profession and firm.
• Possess good communication skills, persuasive skills and should be presentable.
• Could help the firm in brand building, relation building and could bring the business to the firm independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting of Petitions, Notices, SLPs , Review Petitions, Counters, Rejoinders, Applications, Writs, NCLT, NCLAT, NCDRC, NGT, CAT and High Court petitions, plaints WS and Appeals etc for various matters, to be filed before various Courts/Tribunals or before various adjudicating authorities.
  • Appearing virtually as well as in person before various Courts and Tribunals or before various adjudicating authorities in the various matters.
  • Contributing towards Firm’s Practice and brand development and continuously strengthening it by;
  1. Actively performing and contributing towards the firms business and meeting clients, associates, colleague, corporates, organisations in or outside state.
  2. Enhancing and managing the reputation of the firms at various levels and have to publish articles, research papers, newsletters etc and develop relevant content, conduct webinars etc. 
  3. Developing the business of the firm through the interaction with clients, corporates and external counsel of PAN India over the phone, via emails, via conferences, webinars  and via virtual meeting or in-person meetings.
  • Coordinating, synchronising and   Reporting for various matters to hierarchy. Researching on various technical aspects of laws and Managing and updating continuously various databases for Client Relations and their respective cases.
  • Collect and manage quantitative and qualitative data through excellent coordination for the firm.  
  • Perform the tasks assigned to them in time bound manner and come up with most realistic and appropriate solution and have to perform other responsibilities, which would be assigned time to time.

Law Trainee

Qualification: Fresh Law Graduate or Final Semester Law Students from reputed university with excellent track record may apply.

  • Coordinating, synchronising and   Reporting for various matters to hierarchy. Researching on various technical aspects of laws and  updating continuously various databases for Client Relations and their respective cases.  
  • Perform the tasks assigned in time bound manner and come up with most realistic and appropriate solution and have to perform other responsibilities, which would be assigned time to time.

Internships

Description: We have few opportunities of internships herein at Dubey Law Associates LLP. At this moment, we are offering few internships (both in office and virtual) so that the education could not be affected of the law students. As we can’t share our research tools like SCC, Manupatra etc therefore for internships, the candidates must have the access of the research tools like SCC, Manupatra etc. This internship programme is focused on the content development for the firm therefore the candidates are expected to develop legal content, do legal research, write articles & blogs, drafting, preparation of presentations, webinars and other misc. task or assignments, whichever would be assigned.

Eligibility: The students, who are in 3rd year or above in 5 years LLB Programme or in 2nd year or above in 3 years LLB Programme may apply. LLM students may also apply. The candidates who possess excellent academic record, energetic, hardworking, self-motivated, possess right attitude and temperament, possess good communication and interpersonal skill would be preferred. Previous internships, research, publication, articles, blogs would carry appropriate weightage.  

Stipend & Certificate: On successful completion of full period internship for the specified period, the certificate of internship will be awarded. The candidates who opt for long term in-office internships or the candidates who are pursuing LLM, will be awarded higher stipend. There will be no application charges for virtual or in-office Internship application as we discourages such practices which put hinderance in the path of learning. Further, no stipend will be awarded to irregular or non performing interns.
